RTR manages skills with a forward-looking vision and works toward the professional insertion of young people through an active policy of partnerships with the education system.

The company's objectives are to:

 

- raise the awareness of young people on automotive professions,

- invest in professional training for young people,

- inform schools of the needs of company in terms of initial training. RTR trains its engineers to be ale to adapt rapidly to Renault’s methods and standards.

 

Therefore, RTR develops together with the Romanian universities several programs fit to the needs of the automotive engineering. The main goal of these programs is to develop skills and knowledge in automotive project management.
